We source lights from China and bribe friends and family members to push them into props ; )
A 3D layout of our home was constructed, this is used to create exact measurements in the layout.
3D printed parts are used to attach props to EMT
Every prop is then placed into a program called X-Lights. This is where the magic happens!
Each light is programmed. Props are assigned to ports and controllers.
Every song is carefully constructed to choreograph the lights to music. It can take up to 50 hours to program one song!
We have roughly 50,000 individual lights (pixels) in our show.
